COVID-19 Update with the Caddy Advisor

We have all been witness to an unprecedented development of events in regards to COVID-19. My priority during this time is your health, safety, and peace of mind. A reliable vehicle would mean one less thing you can worry about during these uncertain times. Whether this means scheduling that service appointment that you wanted done or trading up to a new(er) vehicle, I want to remind you that I’m here for you.
Given the current situation, I want to remind you that the following benefits are available to you when you shop with the Caddy Advisor.
You can request a video call and/or a custom walk around of the vehicles that you’re interested in.
If you have anything you’d like to discuss face to face, I am available for video calls. I am happy to create custom walk arounds for you that you can watch from the convenience of your home. It’s truly custom in the sense that you can pick the vehicle, ask to see any feature in detail, and a private video will be uploaded for you the same day.
You can watch a virtual test drive of any new Cadillac currently for sale.
If you’re unable or unwilling to come in for an actual test drive, I totally understand. This is why I’ve created virtual test drive videos for each new vehicle (this includes new cars like the CT5). These videos are shot in first person point-of-view without any commentary so you can get a good sense of how they drive.
You tell me how we can make it work for you.
I can bring the car (within a reasonable distance) to you so you can test drive without coming in. We can go over the credit application over the phone. We’ll keep our distance or elbow bump if you do come in. I can deliver the car to you after making sure the car has been throughly cleaned and sanitized.
I’m always a text or phone call away.
Everyone on our sales floor has been assigned to work every other day to minimize the number of staff present and to ensure that operations can continue should someone be exposed. This means that while I’m not always by my desk phone, I can be reached via text, a call, over Snapchat, or Instagram as usual.
If you haven’t heard yet, Cadillac has released new incentives allowing for lower interest rates, a true 0% APR program, or 120 days payment deferral for qualified customers. I understand that a car will always be a big purchase and advocate that my clients make an informed decision they will be happy with. I will keep you informed of any new developments.
